WARRANTY

Atlanta Ltd. warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The equipment is designed to operate under normal environmental conditions being below 75°F / 24°C ambient, 55% Relative Humidity. Warranties are not transferable.

CANADA and USA:

One (1) Year parts warranty and 90 days labour warranty, unless special conditions apply.

One (1) Year warranty on compressor (head / motor) in self-contained units, unless special conditions apply.

NB: Extended warranties are available on all units at the time of purchase. Please consult Atlanta Ltd. for further warranty information.

Exclusions: glass breakage, refrigerant, driers, temperature control or timer adjustments, light bulbs / tubes, any material that has been subject to improper installation or operation; alteration or accident, negligence, abuse and misuse.

Damages and / or defects caused by natural disasters not limited to fire, flood, wind, lightning and Acts of God are not covered by the warranty.

Damages and / or defects caused by improper operations due to low voltage, inadequate wiring, and misapplication are not covered by the warranty.

Atlanta Ltd. is not liable for loss of use, revenue, and profit; for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages including but not limited to food spoilage or product loss.
